TERMS OF PURCHASE

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing our services, you expressly agree to these Terms and Conditions along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with the purchase or use of our services.

Access to the Service

By purchasing our services, you will receive access to REX AGENCY’s CRM and/or training materials. Login credentials are personal and non-transferable. If you share your access with third parties, we reserve the right to revoke access without prior notice and without any right to a refund.

No Guarantee of Specific Results

Purchasing our services does not guarantee specific results unless the conditions outlined in the guarantee are fully met. The testimonials we share are real cases, but they do not represent a universal promise. Your results will depend on your execution, skills, and level of commitment.

Limitation of Liability

The information and recommendations provided by REX AGENCY are for educational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice tailored to your specific situation. You are solely responsible for making decisions aligned with your personal and business circumstances.

Performance Guarantee

If, using our sales system, you do not generate at least one IUL sale for every $300 invested in Facebook ads (excluding additional costs such as platforms or system fees), we will refund the amount you paid for our services.

Conditions to Qualify for the Guarantee

To be eligible for this guarantee, you must meet ALL of the following requirements over the course of 1 year:

  • Consistent Ad Investment
    You must provide proof of investing a minimum of $1,000 in Facebook ads.

  • Use Our VoIP System Within the REX AGENCY CRM
    This ensures a sufficient contact rate to generate appointments.

  • Record and Execute Sales Meetings Using the Alfa Sales Script
    Recordings must show that the closing script was implemented correctly. If not followed, the expected 33% close rate is not guaranteed.

  • Complete All Post-Call Follow-Ups
    Each meeting must be followed by the full sequence of follow-ups within the designated timeframes. Skipping this step voids the guarantee.

  • Attend Sales Training Sessions Every 7–15 Days
    You must participate in our ongoing training sessions every 7 to 15 days to stay aligned with the sales system.

Guarantee Claim Process and Deadline

Our money-back guarantee is only valid within 15 days after the client has canceled the service. After this period, no refund requests will be accepted under any circumstances.

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet all 5 conditions listed above, and your claim must include clear evidence that you fully followed the system.

REX AGENCY, LLC reserves the right to audit all CRM activity, call recordings, campaigns, and communications to verify compliance with the methodology.

If your claim is approved, we will refund the total amount you paid for our services within a maximum of 30 business days from the date of approval.

Payment and Plans

By purchasing a package from REX AGENCY, LLC, you agree to the total value of the selected system, billed on a month-to-month basis. This is not a 12-month contract, and there is no long-term commitment. You are free to stop the service at the end of any billing cycle, as long as you notify us before your next billing date.

This agreement automatically renews every month unless written notice of cancellation is received before the next billing date. No additional charges will be made after cancellation notice is received on time.

You authorize REX AGENCY, LLC to charge your provided payment method automatically each month. If a payment fails, we will retry the charge. You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date.

In case of non-payment, REX AGENCY, LLC reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate access to all services.

  • Initiate debt recovery procedures, including collection fees and legal costs.

Please review these Terms of Purchase regularly to stay informed of any updates. REX AGENCY, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time, at our sole discretion, without prior notice. The effective date of the most recent version will always be stated at the bottom of this page.
